If you are a NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil lover, you might dig this primer palette. The Sleek iDivine Primer palette is decribed by sleek as "A palette of 12 coloured eye primers perfectly designed to use with all Sleek MakeUP i-DIVINE Palettes. Long-lasting and specially designed to breath a new lease of life into your eyeshadows."
I would dedicate it exclusively to my Sleek Palettes, but as most of their palettes contain mostly shimmer shadows and as such are prone to a bit of fallout, a primer palette is an excellent complimentary product.
The consistency of all the colours were extremely creamy. My only complaint is that Noir (black) is the only cream coloured base. All the others are shimmery. (Can you tell i'm not a fan of shimmer as yet). This does not affect the quality of the product.

Applied before shadows they do offer more vibrancy and are pigmented enough for you to get away with wearing them as cream eyeshadow on its own (if you are a cream shadow lover that is). I have not tested it solo so I can't attest to creasing if worn alone.
